Refund/Exchange Policy
At AdiyogiWatches, we take extreme care while packaging and shipping your luxury watches. However, if there is an issue with your order, please read our policy below.
1. Return Policy
We offer returns only in case of damaged or defective products.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide:
✔ Mandatory Unboxing Video (Old Format Requirement)

The unboxing video should start from the moment you receive the sealed parcel.

The video must clearly show the full unsealing, opening of the package, and the issue.

The parcel must be opened in one single continuous video — no cuts, no pauses.
✔ 2–3 Clear Pictures of the Damage

Photos must clearly show the defect or damage from multiple angles.
Important:
Without the unboxing video as described above, the return cannot be processed under any circumstances.
2. When to Report the Issue

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

Any complaint made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
3. Conditions for Return Approval
A return will be approved only if:

The product is physically damaged upon arrival

The product received is defective or not working

The wrong product was delivered
Returns will not be accepted for:

Minor color or design variation due to lighting/screens

Damage caused after use

Incorrect order placed by the customer

Change of mind after purchase
4. No Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges on any products.
5. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:

Refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable

If the product is found to be intentionally damaged or the video does not meet our requirements, refund will be denied
6. Return Shipping

In case of a valid damage claim, AdiyogiWatches will guide you through the return shipping process.

The product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
